THE PROBLEM
Real Problems Slowing Down DUBAI'S Container Movement
-
No unified view of container transportation across location
-
Inefficient trip assignment based on manual communication loops and wasted trips
-
Routing decisions without live road or fleet availability context
-
Multiple disconnected communication channels causing delays and processes
-
Important documents are spread across emails and personal chats
-
High percentage of empty hauls consuming fuels, driver hours and increasing overall cost

Digital Container Exchange Engine
SWAP Connect powers a seamless, end-to-end digital container exchange that transforms complex import–export logistics into one intelligent, synchronized workflow.

Step 1: Delivery Order & Inventory Upload
Admin uploads the Delivery Order (container number, shipping line, seal number, EIR, DDO) into the SWAP App, where it is recorded in SWAP inventory.

Step 2: Import Movement & Status Tracking
Transporter collects the import container from the port, and the app tracks its GPS movement to the destuffing location; container status is updated through a color-coded system.

Step 3: Exporter Container Request
Exporters search available empty containers by shipping line, size, type, and preferred location, then submit a swap request, which is routed to SWAP Admin and the shipping line for approval.

Step 4: Approval, Payment & Release
Once shipping line approval is received, the system generates payment links for the importer and exporter; after payment confirmation, container acceptance, and port authorization are released, completing the swap cycle efficiently.
OUR PROCESS
How SWAP Connect Streamlines Every Movement

The system identifies the closest suitable container
02

Customer post a container request close to his location
01

Customers receive availability container details digitally
03

Execution is tracked live on the dashboard
06
Customer receives swap approval in their system
05

Swap sends approval request to shipping line for swapping container

Environmental & Cost Impact
Every optimized container movement reduces fuel burn, cuts emissions, and eliminates wasted kilometres while directly lowering operating costs.
By minimizing empty runs, idle fleet time, and manual processes, SWAP Connect delivers measurable savings and a smaller environmental footprint by design.
Sustainable logistics isn’t optional anymore - it’s a competitive advantage. Efficiency that pays for itself.
Reduced Fuel Consumption
Optimized routing and intelligent container matching cut unnecessary kilometres, lowering fuel usage across every movement.
Lower Carbon Emissions
Fewer empty runs and idle trips translate directly into reduced emissions, sustainability achieved through operational precision.
Eliminated Paper Workflows
Digital documentation replaces manual paperwork, reducing administrative waste while improving compliance and traceability.
Maximized Fleet Utilisation
Better trip planning keeps vehicles productive, reducing idle hours and improving overall cost efficiency.
